- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp orange zest
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan or mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 baking dish with butter.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth and combine with sugar, cinnamon, and orange zest.
- Fold in chopped nuts and transfer the cream cheese mixture to the prepared dish.
- Mix cranberries with honey/maple syrup and spoon over the cream cheese.
