Description

A rich and creamy appetizer featuring the perfect balance of sweet, tangy cranberries and velvety cream cheese. Baked until golden and bubbly, this dip is the ultimate party pleaser!


Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan or mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 baking dish with butter.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and combine with sugar, cinnamon, and orange zest.
  3. Fold in chopped nuts and transfer the cream cheese mixture to the prepared dish.
  4. Mix cranberries with honey/maple syrup and spoon over the cream cheese.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
