Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket. Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the chicken cooks, whisk together the mustard, honey, and vinegar to make the sauce.
- Once the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Drizzle the mustard sauce over the chicken and garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier sauce, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
