Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar or lemon juice (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes for topping (optional)


Instructions

  • Rinse Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim ends, and remove damaged outer leaves. Cut in half if large.
  • Pat dry thoroughly using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
  • Toss in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Place sprouts in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Once golden and crispy, remove and toss with balsamic vinegar or lemon juice.
  • Top with Parmesan or red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot.
